This tour is concentrated in Downtown Rio where the city gathers most of its cultural life. During this visit we see a modern cathedral, Lapa (colonial buildings), city`s old aqueduct, stop at a very traditional tea house and an old temple. As we have many museums we usually recommend a visit to the Historic museum but we also consider individual interests to recommend an appropriate one.
Located at 835 meters (aprox. 2,800 feet) above sea level the city for many years was used as summer residence by the Portuguese Royal family.
