Option 1: Hoa Lu – Tam Coc (L)

8.30, meet up with our driver and tour guide at your hotel. Transfer through the countryside to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the 10th century. On arrival, visit Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Dai Hanh dynastic temple. Have lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon board a small sampan for a spectacular 2-hour cruise through numerous waterways and beautiful rural landscape of limestone cliffs and rice paddies to the stunning Tam Coc caves. Back to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

Option 2: Bai Dinh Temple – Trang An Complex (L)

8.30, meet up with our driver and tour guide at your hotel. Transfer to Ninh Binh, start to visit Bai Dinh Temple – the Spiritual and Cultural Complex in Bai Dinh Mountain. This complex consist one old temple area and new temple area, which is finished in 2010. Lunch in local restaurant. Afternoon, you will visit Trang An Complex on rowing boat for 2 hours. The limestone creates a beautiful scenery with a lot of caves and the rich fauna and flora world. Back to Hanoi in the afternoon.

Option 3: Cuc Phuong National Park (L)

Leave early at 7.00, meet up with our driver and tour guide at your hotel. Transfer to Cuc Phuong National Park, the home of many Asia’s rarest species. Established in 1962, Cuc Phuong is the oldest national park in Vietnam. Arrive to Cuc Phuong at about 9.30 go straight to the Park Headquarter, where you will stop to start the trek to the Thousand Year Tree. A loop of this trek is about 2-2.5 hours – pretty easy and well-marked trails. Come back down and have lunch in the park’s restaurant. After that, you will visit the Primate Rescue Center, Turtles’ Centre and Cave of Prehistoric Men.
