Italian cooking and wine classes organized in private homes with Italians for 1 day to 5 days, to study with truly Italian people in a truly Tuscan environment.
Cooking with Simonetta & Paola ,really fluent in English, is fun, lively and friendly and give the possibility of learning cooking secrets from long experience in cooking and teaching.
We follow traditional family recipes, using fresh and natural ingredients, preparing everyday a complete meal with appetizer, pasta dish, vegetable, meat dish and dessert, accompanying by the wines which best complement.
