Day walking tours are being offered by Israel Travel Company

For a Judean Hills focus titled Between the Mountain and the Sea each day’s walking will focus on interesting aspects of Jerusalem , the wider Jerusalem region , the Judean Hills and Shephelah foothills between the mountains and the coastal plain.

The tours are designed for people who love to walk , are fit enough to walk the 4-6 hours of each day’s trail and interested to explore the landscapes , cultural history of peoples who have inhabited these places over thousands of years ….as well as enjoy other people’s company ,picnic lunches and a glass of wine at a local vineyard as we pass by...

Tours will be led by young and active licensed tour guides, able to assist in identifying the landmarks , topography ,culture, geopolitical strategies, biblical history ,archaeology ,plants and animals and more. Guides are also well trained in first aid and safety issues and quick access to immediate medical attention will be provided .

Day walking tours can include :
