Guided Coffee Discoveries
Guided Coffee Discoveries has offered education and incentive workshops at Finca Pastores in Antigua, Guatemala, since 1996. The workshops are designed for coffee professionals & enthusiasts at all levels.
As guests in the Masch family hacienda at the plantation, attendees experience first-hand, the ambiance of old world Guatemala dedicated to the growth and production of one of the finest coffees in Antigua. Situated on the outskirts of the one-time colonial capital of Guatemala, attendees have the opportunity to explore the history and culture that surrounds this most important coffee growing region.
Generally, the workshops are 4-day, 3-night, all-inclusive programs. In addition to the first-class accommodations, the programs provide unprecedented coffee education. We have created two types of workshops: The Origin Workshop and The Retail Workshop. Each workshop introduces concepts of cultivation and processing that can only be experienced at origin. We can also work with you to develop a Custom Workshop to meet your specific needs.
