Day 1 (Saturday) Arrival day in Victoria Falls. We meet crew and fellow travelers at 1500hrs and we will be briefed about the tour. PC D

Day 2 We have a free day to take part in some of the many optional activities on offer in the Falls area. For example: white water rafting, bungee jumping, elephant back safari and Helicopter flights. PC BLD

Day 3 We visit the falls this morning then drive to Hwange National Park. The afternoon is spent on a game drive visiting some water holes where animals congregate to drink. PC BLD

Day 4 We have a full day game drive. There are many different antelopes found in this park, and if we are lucky, we may have a chance to spot the Big Five. PC BLD

Day 5&6 We continue to Bulawayo, the second largest city in Zimbabwe, well known for its wide streets. From here, we will visit the nearby Matopos Hills National Park.

Accompanied by local guides, we visit the fascinating Bushmen cave paintings and look for wildlife including the endangered white rhino. PC BLD

Day 7&8 We continue on to Gweru, where we spend 2 nights at Antelope Park. On our second day, most of our time is spent at leisure or perhaps take part in a number of optional activities available like game viewing on elephant back safari, walk with lions and many more and night game drives. PC BLD

Day 9 A short drives on this day brings us to Great Zimbabwe, where we can see evidence of early African cultures. The stone complex of Great Zimbabwe is the most impressive archeological site south of the Sahara. PC BLD

Day 10&11 On this day, we drive to Chimanimani National Park. Where we will spend another full day walking in the cool mountain air and enjoying the wonderful views across the plains of Mozambique and visiting some water falls. PC BLD

Day 12&13. Today, we drive to Nyanga National Park, home to Mt Nyangani, the highest in Zimbabwe (2592m). We have a full day here to try and climb to the top of the Mountain or visit Mtarazi falls, the sixth highest falls in the world. Scenic drives can also b arranged. PC BLD

Day 14 We drive to the capital, Harare where we have a free afternoon to explore the city. CH BL

DAY 15 The trip ends after breakfast. B


TOUR STYLE: Participatory camping, everyone helps with camp duties. Accompanied by experienced leader/ driver and camp master. Local guides and services will be used in several places.

TRANSPORT: Comfortable minibus, boat, canoe and walking.

ACCMMODATION & MEALS: 3 night hotel, and 11 nights camping. All meals included except on our last night. Please allow US$ 25 for the last meal.
