Key Deliverables
Coordinate between hotels, guests and transportation vendors to ensure smooth completion of itinerary
Ensure quality of services provided to guests in terms of hospitality, conveyance and overall travel experience
Facilitating description of the programs in line for guests and taking feedback from them at the end of all tours.
Handling grievances, complaints and any conflict during a tour.
Arranging for special or unforeseen requests on an urgent basis.
Dealing with guides, transportation etc to accommodate any impromptu outings or requests without compromising on the original tour plan
Ensuring safety of guests and a smooth tour in case of emergencies, natural disaster.
Reporting the updates of assigned duties to the Senior Professionals.
