Key Deliverables

Coordinate between hotels, guests and transportation vendors to ensure smooth completion of itinerary

Ensure quality of services provided to guests in terms of hospitality, conveyance and overall travel experience

Facilitating description of the programs in line for guests and taking feedback from them at the end of all tours.

Handling grievances, complaints and any conflict during a tour.

Arranging for special or unforeseen requests on an urgent basis.

Dealing with guides, transportation etc to accommodate any impromptu outings or requests without compromising on the original tour plan

Ensuring safety of guests and a smooth tour in case of emergencies, natural disaster.

Reporting the updates of assigned duties to the Senior Professionals.
