When our Guests travel to worldwide destinations on an Adventures by Disney vacation, they do much more than sightsee. They experience firsthand the people and cultures of the places they visit—and they do so with the service, VIP experiences and unique local opportunities they can only expect from Disney. No one tells a story like Disney. No one makes magical memories like an Adventure Guide. The Adventure Guides are a critical component of the overall adventure experience, impacting Guest satisfaction and intent to return. The Adventure Guides are not only a source of information, but he/she in conjunction with their fellow Guide becomes the enablers who deliver a thematically organized and hassle-free experience filled with storytelling, discovery, and Disney Difference VIP treatment. Adventure Guides are primarily responsible for Guest interaction and facilitation of Guest experience. The Adventure Guides serve as the primary contacts to Guests on behalf of the organization and is accessible to Guests while on location for the trip. Applications for our 2015 guiding season will be accepted from Monday, August 11 through Sunday, August 31, 2014.
