Teide Peak
**Plan**
Climbing to the top of the highest point of Spain (3718 meters of altitude).
You meet your guide at the cable car cafeteria where you can eat or drink something. Then you take the cable car to get to 3555 meters in less than 10 minutes. Passing the check point, you get to the path and will walk the 163 meters of difference of altitude in more or less 45 minutes. Once you are on the top, you will enjoy the best amazing view of the archipelago.
**Conditions**
High difficulty due to the effort you will do at this altitude. So you need good health conditions. Please inform your guide about any health problem. Unsafe for people with heart disease.
**Bring**
- walking boots, hiring option (ask us),
- sun protection (sunscreen, glasses, hat or cap),
- enough water (1L minimum per person),
- walking sticks (if you are used to walk with), hiring option (ask us),
- and finally something to eat if you want.
**Warning**
Kids are welcome. They will have to be able to inform about any kind of complaint due to altitude (headache for example).
